Scout knife with pointed blade and double finger guard
Since the 1930s, the Scout has been a trusted first knife for kids on both big and small adventures. The child-sized birch handle is available in three colors, and the double finger guard offers extra safety. The Scout 39 model features a pointed, 86 mm long blade made of stainless steel.

For young adventurers on big outdoor adventures
Let children use the scout knife under adult supervision for simple carving tasks and outdoor activities. The full rat-tail tang runs throughout the handle, providing stability in every cut. Scout 39 is a popular gift for birthdays or naming ceremonies. Add a laser engraving of the child’s name or birthdate for a personal and memorable present.

Child-friendly and safe grip
The barrel-shaped birch wood handle is sized for smaller hands and comes in oiled natural or stained blue or pink. The double finger guard keeps fingers safe. The included sheath is made in Uddevalla, Sweden, from vegetable-tanned Italian leather, features a belt loop, and a classic button lock that secures the knife in place. The embossed coat of arms from Dalarna is a tribute to Morakniv’s craft heritage.

Swedish stainless steel with long-lasting sharpness
The 2.0 mm thick, 86 mm long blade is made from Swedish stainless steel (12C27), with a recycle rate over 80% and a hardness of 56.5 HRC. The steel is durable, retains its sharpness for a long time, and requires minimal maintenance.
