1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return, exchange, or refund under the following conditions:

The product received is defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrect (e.g., wrong item, color, or missing parts).

The return request is made within 7 days from the date the order is received.

The product is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging with all accessories, and manuals included.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Note: For promotional bundles or combo sets, all items within the combo must be returned together in their original condition, with packaging and tags intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and practical reasons, certain outdoor items cannot be returned or refunded once sold:

Gas canisters, fuel, or other flammable products

Used or unsealed cookware, utensils, or food containers

Sleeping bags, mats, or personal-use gear that have been used or unsealed

Customized or personalized camping items (e.g., engraved equipment)

Our team will review your request within 2–3 working days and provide further instructions. You will receive updates on your request status via sales@thekeepcamping.com.
4. Refund Process
Once we have received and inspected the returned item:

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after approval.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method:

Online Bank Transfer: Within 3–5 working days.

Credit/Debit Card: Duration depends on your card-issuing bank.

If the returned item does not meet the return conditions, it may be rejected and returned to you at their own cost.
5. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been confirmed and the order has been processed.

Pre-orders may be cancelled before shipment, subject to approval and applicable administrative charges.
